Bob was a utility worker for DTE-Energy here in Michigan. He was a former SCCA Formula 5 driver, raced several times in the ARTS (American Race Truck Series) and also worked part time as a crew member on a NCTS (NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series) team. Debbie was a teaching assistant working with mentally and physically impaired children in the South Lyon School District.

They moved to Tennessee in 2001 where Debbie again works as a teaching assistant and Bob as a private contractor. Both are involved in "Short Term Missions" and travel to both US and Foreign countries providing Christian services and assistance with medical & dental emergency relief teams.
